SAP HCM Consultant (PT, PY) - Greenfield Transformation

Project overview

For a Greenfield transformation from ECC to S/4HANA, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM consultant with a focus on Time Management (PT) and Payroll (PY). You will support an established company with quality assurance and implementation up to go-live, as well as during the subsequent hypercare phase.

Your tasks include the analysis and quality assurance of existing HCM configurations, the examination of collective bargaining and payroll-relevant regulations in the PT and PY modules, hands-on customizing and optimizations, as well as close collaboration with the business departments on-site.

We expect many years of SAP HCM experience, ideally with knowledge of collective agreements in the public sector, as well as experience with S/4HANA Greenfield transformations. German language skills are required.

The project starts soon and runs for at least three months with an option to extend. The workload is two to three days per week. The position is predominantly remote with occasional on-site presence in North Rhine-Westphalia. Telephone interviews can be arranged at short notice, with quick decision-making afterwards.
