Senior SAP Consultant HCM Payroll

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Consultant for Human Capital Management and Payroll. In this freelance position, you will be the central interface between business departments, IT partners, and external service providers, responsible for the technical support and continuous development of the SAP HCM system landscape.

Your tasks include analyzing requirements and designing sustainable SAP software solutions, especially in the Payroll module with customizing of schemes and rules. You will support migration projects such as system consolidations and S/4HANA migrations, carry out project and support activities, and advise internal customers on technical matters. Furthermore, you will review processes for optimization potential and document and resolve problem and incident cases.

For this position, you should have a completed university degree (mathematics, computer science, business informatics, or comparable) or relevant vocational training. Sound knowledge of SAP HR Payroll, especially in customizing schemes and rules, is required. Experience with migration projects in the SAP environment, ideally S/4HANA, is an advantage. You have fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an independent, self-responsible, and results-oriented way of working, characterize you.
