• Duration: 11/23/2026
• 06/30/2027 (with extension option)
• Utilization: 100% / Full-time (lower utilization is also possible)
• Location: Primarily remote. There are no fixed on-site appointments, but individual appointments in Schwerin, Neu-Strelitz, or Rostock may occur.
• Industry: Public
• Conception, planning, and execution of the migration of personnel data from non-SAP legacy systems into an SAP HCM/H4S4 landscape
• Analysis and evaluation of existing data stocks and definition of required data cleansing and data preparation
• Creation and coordination of data mapping and transformation rules for transfer into the SAP HCM target structures
• Execution and support of data migration for SAP HCM components Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT)
• Conception and implementation of suitable migration procedures using LSMW, Migration Cockpit, ETL tools, and, if necessary, customer-specific ABAP solutions
• Creation and updating of a migration concept including migration objects, mapping rules, dependencies, and quality assurance measures
• Planning and execution of test migrations as well as analysis and resolution of data and migration errors that occur
• Ensuring and validating the data quality, completeness, and consistency of the migrated personnel data
• Creation and coordination of cutover and go-live plans for the final data transfer
• Functional and technical support of the test, cutover, and go-live phases
• Documentation of migration processes, results, and relevant technical and functional decisions
• Ensuring a structured and data protection-compliant handling of sensitive personnel data
