Language Requirements

• Conception, planning, and execution of the migration of personnel data from non-SAP legacy systems into an SAP HCM/H4S4 landscape
• Analysis and evaluation of existing data stocks as well as definition of necessary data cleansing and data preparation
• Creation and coordination of data mapping and transformation rules for the transfer into the SAP HCM target structures
• Execution and support of data migration for the SAP HCM components Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT)
• Conception and implementation of suitable migration procedures using LSMW, Migration Cockpit, ETL tools, and, if necessary, customer-specific ABAP solutions
• Creation and updating of a migration concept including migration objects, mapping rules, dependencies, and quality assurance measures
• Planning and execution of test migrations as well as analysis and correction of data and migration errors that occur
• Ensuring and validating the data quality, completeness, and consistency of the migrated personnel data
• Creation and coordination of cutover and go-live plans for the final data transfer
• Functional and technical support of the test, cutover, and go-live phases
• Documentation of migration processes, results, and relevant technical and functional decisions
• Ensuring a structured and data protection-compliant handling of sensitive personnel data
• Very good knowledge in technical SAP migration, especially in the transfer of personnel data from non-SAP legacy systems into SAP HCM or H4S4
• Good knowledge in SAP HCM, especially in the components Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT)
• Good knowledge in the area of SAP HCM Public Sector
• Good knowledge in the use of SAP migration tools, especially LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit
• Knowledge in ABAP/4 for the implementation of customer-specific migration solutions
• Experience in the analysis, evaluation, and preparation of data stocks as well as in the definition of data cleansing measures
• Knowledge in the creation and coordination of data mapping and transformation rules for SAP HCM target structures
• Experience in the creation and updating of technical migration concepts including migration objects, dependencies, and quality assurance measures
• German: Business fluent
• English: Advanced knowledge
