For one of our clients, we are urgently looking for an SAP HCM Solution Architect (m/f/d) with a focus on PA/OM/PY.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of strategic requirements and derivation of suitable solution approaches
• Conception and further development of the SAP HCM system landscape with a focus on PA/OM/PY
• Creation and maintenance of implementation concepts for hardware, software, and communication
• Analysis, design, and optimization of HR business processes
• Development and evaluation of solution concepts, considering uniform SAP standards
• Creation of solution proposals and coordination of effort estimations
• Consolidation of cross-service solutions and coordination with business departments and IT
• Preparation, execution, and documentation of workshops, including requirements gathering and decision preparation
• Maintenance of technical and functional documentation
• Support of project management and assumption of project-related special tasks

• Sound experience as an SAP HCM Solution Architect with a focus on PA/OM/PY
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM customizing, especially Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Payroll (PY)
• Sound knowledge of SAP ERP Human Resources and SAP HCM
• Experience with Product Owner-like tasks at the interface between business and IT, including functional coordination and guidance of experts
• In-depth experience in process analysis, process design, and process optimization
• Sound knowledge in the conception and implementation of SAP solutions
• Experience in conducting tests and evaluations
• Confident use of SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and Confluence
• More than 5 years of professional or project experience in the public sector

Project Background:

As part of a comprehensive transformation project in the public sector, an existing SAP HR system landscape is being migrated and modernized to SAP HCM for S/4HANA. In addition to migrating existing personnel data, the focus is on optimizing HR business processes and further developing the system architecture. Furthermore, the existing SAP BW for HANA will be connected, and the existing reporting landscape will be adapted to new functional requirements.

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect with a focus on PA/OM/PY to support the business departments in the conception and implementation of suitable solutions and to act as an interface between business and IT.
