Job description
We are seeking an SAP HR Time Management Specialist to analyze and conceptually design SAP HR time management processes, gather requirements, and create specifications for technical implementation.
Project overview
Analysis and conceptual design of SAP HR time management processes
Elaboration of functional requirements from the HR environment, especially regarding working time models and collective agreements
Creation of functional specifications as a basis for technical implementation
Functional assessment of process changes as well as design and support of associated tests
Development of concepts for the harmonization and standardization of time management processes
Requirements
Sound knowledge in SAP HCM PT (Personnel Time Management)
Very good understanding of working time models, time management processes, and personnel management procedures
Experience in functional requirements analysis and process design
Experience in creating functional specifications and the interface between HR and IT
Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent way of working
