SAP ILM Consulting for Human Resources Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP ILM consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive Information Lifecycle Management concept in the HR sector. In this role, you will develop a future-proof concept for the management, archiving, and deletion of HR data and documents.

Your tasks include analyzing existing retention, archiving, and deletion processes in the HR environment, as well as evaluating SAP HCM data stocks, personnel documents, and connected systems. You will conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders to coordinate and validate functional, organizational, and technical requirements.

Central to this is the consolidation of these requirements into a coordinated target concept, from which you will derive concrete, actionable measures for business departments and IT teams. You will also define responsibilities, release processes, and governance structures.

You bring in-depth practical experience with SAP Information Lifecycle Management and have proven expertise in the conception and introduction of archiving, retention, and deletion concepts. Very good knowledge of SAP HCM data and process structures, as well as know-how in analyzing interfaces and dependent external systems, are required. Practical experience in the SAP HCM or HR environment is assumed. Industry knowledge in the public sector is an advantage. Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, are necessary.

The position is oriented towards remote work and offers the opportunity to shape a strategic project from the beginning.
