Project overview

For my client in the energy supply sector, I am currently looking for a Senior SAP Sales & Service Cloud Consultant.

with in-depth experience in the implementation and process design of SAP CX solutions

as well as expertise in integration with SAP S/4HANA and utility industry system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Functional and technical support for the introduction and needs-based configuration of SAP Sales & Service Cloud
• Development of integrated solution concepts for connecting the cloud applications to SAP S/4HANA, SAP IS-U, and other existing systems
• Conception and coordination of suitable integration scenarios, for example based on SAP Integration Suite or SAP BTP
• Conducting workshops with business departments to analyze existing workflows, gather business requirements, and design future processes
• Development of viable target concepts and evaluation of business requirements within the framework of Fit-to-Standard or Fit-to-Template procedures
• Optimization of end-to-end customer service and sales processes, especially in ticket management and service request management
• Creation of functional specifications as well as support in requirements management and planning, execution, and evaluation of tests
• Coordination of functional go-live preparation, including user training and support of the subsequent stabilization phase
• Close collaboration with technical teams, process owners, and other project stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation

• Several years of project experience as an SAP Sales & Service Cloud consultant, ideally in implementation and transformation projects
• In-depth knowledge of configuring and implementing SAP Sales & Service Cloud
• Experience with the integration of SAP CX solutions into SAP S/4HANA and ideally SAP IS-U
• Knowledge of relevant integration architectures and interface technologies, especially SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP
• Experience in conducting business department workshops, requirements analysis, and developing functional target visions
• Confident use of Fit-to-Standard approaches, functional conception, and structured requirements management
• Understanding of end-to-end sales and service processes, especially ticket processing, service requests, and customer support
• Knowledge of SAP CRM and ideally SAP Field Service Management
• Experience in planning and executing tests as well as in preparing and supporting go-live phases and user training
• Industry knowledge in the energy sector and understanding of the specific processes of an energy provider are advantageous
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills in dealing with business departments and IT
