- Several years of implementation and project experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Very good knowledge of Employee Central and Employee Central Time
- Experience in the productive operation of SuccessFactors solutions
- Experience with Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Workflows
- Experience in error analysis and incident management
- Experience with SAP Cloud Releases and regression testing
- Very good German language skills
