SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect | Global S/4HANA Rollout

For an international transformation program, we are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout. The company already operates SAP SuccessFactors successfully at its headquarters and is now facing a multi-year, phased introduction of SAP S/4HANA in a total of ten countries within Europe, as well as North Africa and Latin America.

We are seeking an experienced individual who will design the global HR target architecture from the early planning and design phase and act as a link between HR, IT, and implementation partners. The goal is to develop a sustainable, internationally scalable SuccessFactors solution that is optimally integrated into the overarching S/4HANA transformation strategy.

Travel readiness: International travel required

Analysis and validation of the existing SAP SuccessFactors landscape

Development of the future global solution and target architecture

Definition of integration scenarios between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and other relevant systems

Creation of process maps, data models, and architecture concepts

Conducting country analyses regarding local requirements, regulations, and HR processes

Development of a rollout and localization strategy for international subsidiaries

Development of a data migration and testing strategy aligned with the S/4HANA rollout waves

Consulting on governance, change, and project management structures

Close collaboration with internal departments, IT managers, and external implementation partners

Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect in international transformation and rollout projects

Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and adjacent modules

Sound experience with SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios in the HR environment

Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI

Very good knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology

Practical experience in data migration, testing, and global template approaches

Experience with international rollouts, including local compliance and data protection requirements

Ability to translate complex global requirements into implementable solution architectures

Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
