For an industrial company, we are looking for an experienced SAP Usability & Process Ergonomics Consultant to consistently analyze existing SAP transactions from the user's perspective.
The focus is on observing the actual transaction usage in daily business. Inefficiencies, unnecessary work steps, and optimization potential are to be identified, and concrete improvement measures derived. In addition to technical and procedural feasibility, a cost-benefit analysis of possible system adjustments is particularly relevant.

In short: We are not looking for a classic SAP module consultant, but an experienced SAP expert who, figuratively speaking, "stands behind the user," observes daily usage, and derives pragmatic, economically sensible optimizations from it.
- Observation and analysis of SAP usage directly from the user's perspective
- Identification of inefficiencies and unnecessary steps within existing transactions
- Evaluation of possible optimizations regarding usability, ergonomics, and efficiency
- Development of concrete recommendations for system or transaction adjustments
- Cost-benefit assessment of the proposed measures
- Contribution of best practices and experience from comparable industrial companies
- Several years of experience in SAP Usability / User Experience / Process Optimization
- Very good understanding of classic SAP transactions and operational user processes
- Ability to analyze processes hands-on directly with users
- Experience with optimizing SAP interfaces and workflows
- Ideally, project experience in comparable industrial companies
- Pragmatic, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
- Scope: approx. 5–10 project days
- Assignment: Spot assignment
- Period: spread over approx. 2–6 weeks
- Start: upon agreement
