Scrum Master - 12+ Months - Remote - Start: January 2027

Project overview

For our end client, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a comprehensive transformation project in the insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying and supporting agile teams in the role of Scrum Master
• Ensuring and further developing agile working methods and processes
• Moderating and facilitating agile ceremonies, e.g., Daily Scrums, Sprint Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Removing impediments and supporting the team in the continuous improvement of collaboration and work processes
• Promoting cross-team collaboration within the transformation program
• Supporting agile teams in the implementation of complex migration and transformation projects

Requirements

• Social security insured employment
• Certification as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – mandatory
• Certification as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) – mandatory
• At least two years of practical experience as a Scrum Master in comparable projects with agile methods and teams
• Sound knowledge of agile methods and their practical application
• Experience in supporting agile teams within complex project or transformation initiatives
• Desirable: Knowledge of the insurance industry and its technical and regulatory requirements
