Scrum Master as Coach (Remote/Nuremberg)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master as Coach to support a comprehensive agile transformation. The position is filled remotely and on-site in Nuremberg and starts in January 2027.

As part of a strategic IT realignment, the organization is increasingly shifting to agile approaches. This involves transforming classic development methods into agile practices in order to develop complex solutions more efficiently and to continuously consider customer requirements.

As a Scrum Master Coach, you will accompany and support the organization in this transition. Your responsibilities include:

You bring extensive experience in agile methods, change management, and coaching. Your skills in mentoring coaches and supporting agile transformations are particularly important. You can moderate complex organizational processes and effectively support various stakeholder groups.

• Moderation and training of teams and managers
• Support of change processes and change management
