For a highly relevant major project in the public sector, we are looking for an experienced freelance AI Consultant.

In this role, you will actively support our client in the preparation, evaluation, and execution of complex IT tenders and procurement procedures. If you have in-depth expertise in modern technologies such as cloud solutions, data platforms, and artificial intelligence, and are familiar with the specifics of the public IT landscape, this is the ideal mandate for you.

• Open Source Strategy & Evaluation: Analysis, evaluation, and integration of open-source solutions and frameworks in public IT tenders.
• Evaluation of Business Applications: Independent functional and technical evaluation and architecture review of business applications in the public sector.
• Cloud & Data Infrastructures: Support for tender processes for modern cloud solutions and high-performance data platforms.
• AI in Administration & Public Services: Conception and evaluation of application scenarios for artificial intelligence in administrative processes and in the area of municipal public services (core focus).
• Smart Irrigation: Functional support for projects and tenders in the field of intelligent irrigation systems.
• Smart Lighting: Evaluation and conception of smart lighting initiatives.
• Smart Traffic: Functional support for projects for intelligent traffic management.
• Digital Waste Management: Consulting on digital solutions and AI application in waste and resource management.
• Digital Twin: Support for tenders for the creation and use of digital twins in public administration.
• Many years of IT project experience: Over 10 years of professional experience as a Senior IT / AI Consultant with in-depth expertise in public IT landscapes and tender processes
• Focus Artificial Intelligence: Demonstrable practical experience and deep understanding of the use of AI in administration and AI in public services
• Technological Foundation: Solid project experience in the areas of open source, evaluation of business applications, cloud solutions, and data platforms
