Senior Area Team Lead

Project overview

You will form the daily management of the Area Team together with the team leader, focusing on the Youth and debt counseling sub-teams.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the functional and operational affairs within the team
• Organizing the work and distributing capacity
• Focusing on results orientation and integrated collaboration
• Acting as a substantive sparring partner and point of contact for employees
• Maintaining structure, calm, and clear frameworks within the team
• Maintaining close contact with the team leader, behavioral scientist, case manager, quality officer, outreach care coordinator, and the Youth/Wmo advisor
• Experience in managing HBO professionals and relevant management experience
• Experience with dual leadership or jointly managing teams is recommended
• Three years or more of work experience in the role of coordinator or team leader
• Completed relevant education at HBO+ work and thinking level
• Demonstrable training in leadership
• Knowledge of the Youth Act, Wmo, and Participation Act
• Political-administrative sensitivity and ability to switch between multiple administrative levels
