Responsibilities

• Analysis, structuring, and prioritization of business requirements
• Creation and further development of processes in requirements management
• Translation of business requirements into actionable work packages for development teams
• Functional coordination and management of agile development teams
• Support for reviews, acceptances, and implementation activities
• Monitoring of project progress, risks, and dependencies
• Documentation of business processes, requirements, and business rules
• Support in the analysis and resolution of functional issues

• Several years of experience in collaborating with and managing agile development teams
• Sound knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps
• Technical understanding of modern software architectures
• Experience in requirements management with user stories, epics, and use cases
• Knowledge in prioritizing and tracking requirements
• Confident use of Jira or comparable tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with developers and architects
• Very good German and English language skills
