Project overview

The assignment concerns the temporary deployment of expertise in the field of project and change communication for various university-wide and cross-university projects with a strong change component.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Providing intake, advice, and execution of communication activities for projects within departments and faculties
• Advising on and providing communication for university-wide projects
• Developing a supported and stakeholder-oriented communication approach through communication workshops according to the Factor C methodology
• Drawing up communication plans per project, aligned with project leaders and other stakeholders
• Guiding and coordinating the execution of communication plans
• Informing and involving stakeholders such as project teams, management, directors, and users
• At least 5 years of work experience gained within a large-scale, complex organization
• At least 5 years of work experience in the role of senior communications advisor
• At least 3 years of experience with project-based work according to the Factor C methodology
• Experience with communication around projects where change plays a major role
• Experience with conducting workshops according to the Factor C methodology
• Knowledge of and experience with project and process management
• Analytical skills and advisory skills
• Experience in the field of internal communication and communication during changes
• Flexible, pragmatic, and connecting work attitude
