Senior Communications Manager

Project overview

As an interim communications manager, you will guide the final phase of the year-end campaign and its translation into year-round communication for various target groups.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Guiding the final part of the year-end campaign 2026
• Monitoring results and adjusting where necessary
• Consulting with internal stakeholders and collaboration partners
• Directing communication tools and content
• Providing communication to municipalities, employers, and collaboration partners
• Evaluating the results of campaigns and communication
• Identifying opportunities for improvement based on data and research
• Translating lessons learned into the approach for 2027
• Developing and executing communication plans aimed at specific target groups
• Setting up appropriate content and communication activities throughout the year
• Ensuring a consistent approach to target groups through all channels
• Collaborating with municipalities, employers, member associations, and patient organizations
• Advising internal stakeholders on communication and content aimed at target groups
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with projects in marketing and communication
• Experience with communication and campaigns aimed at target groups
• Experience within a complex organization with many stakeholders
• Strong skills in project management and execution
• Independent, proactive, and organizationally sensitive attitude
• Affinity with issues related to healthcare, health, and society
• Affinity with vulnerable target groups
• Affinity with themes related to vitality in the workplace
• Experience collaborating with municipalities, employers, member organizations, or societal partners is recommended
