• Project-based analysis and documentation of existing IT budget control structures, especially budget planning, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX allocation, variance analyses, and management reporting
• Support in the conception and further development of foundations in IT Financial Management, including cost models, cost allocation methods, and economic efficiency analyses
• Participation in the analysis and functional further development of IT Service Management regarding service catalogs, service lifecycles, and performance allocations
• Support in linking IT services with cost, usage, and performance data to create transparent control foundations
• Project-related development and documentation of governance foundations for methods, processes, KPIs, and control standards within the overall IT
• Participation in the conception of an integrated data and reporting basis for budgets, costs, services, usage, and capacities
• Support in analyzing project-related interfaces between IT departments, controlling, purchasing, service management, and other relevant stakeholders
• Assistance in identifying and evaluating standardization, optimization, and automation potentials, including documentation of benefits, prerequisites, and dependencies
• Project-based creation of results documentation and decision proposals, including comprehensible recommendations, assumptions, and open points

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 5 years of project experience in IT Financial Management (ITFM), IT controlling, or IT budget control
• Sound knowledge in IT Financial Management and IT Service Management
• Demonstrable knowledge in at least one relevant framework such as ITIL, TBM, or FinOps
• Experience in developing cross-departmental control models and structures
• Sound experience with reporting, BI, and data-based control models
• Very good knowledge in budget planning, forecasting, and CAPEX/OPEX considerations in the IT environment
• Experience in the conception of cost models and cost allocation methods
• Experience with economic efficiency analyses in the IT environment
• Knowledge in the area of service catalogs and service lifecycles
• Experience in harmonizing governance and control standards
• Project experience in complex IT landscapes of large companies
