Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced data engineer for the role of OBI-ODI-OAS specialist for support. You will manage and develop the corporate data warehouse (CDWH) as part of an agile team that we have together with the client(s). further down in the designated section.

Background assignment

DICTU is developing data services. The work will be carried out within this context. Part of this context is Cloud developments, developments in the field of AI and machine learning, and data visualization.

Requirements

Assignment is not suitable for ZZP'ers (freelancers) due to DBA law.

Candidate has at least 10 years of proven SQL development experience

Candidate has at least 6 years of proven development experience with Oracle data warehousing, using the data products: OBIEE/ODI/OAS

Wishes

Proven experience with data & analytics on the Cloud

Proven experience with processing personal data and financial data.

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the DBA law (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement on the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
