Job description
The role involves developing and delivering training materials and programs focused on Data Governance and Data Management, including creating training data and conducting hands-on training sessions.
Project overview
The assignment includes two interconnected service areas: the development and maintenance of factually correct, didactically suitable training materials, including practical training data, as well as the complete execution of the training measures based on them.
The contractor must possess expertise in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Analysis, as well as skills in creating training documents, preparing IT-supported training environments, and conducting training.

Requirements
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the following areas:
Development and updating of conventional training materials using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Setup of demo and exercise data in training systems, ideally in the SAP environment (SAP Data Quality Management, SAP Information Steward) or with comparable applications.
Creation of digital learning content (e-learnings, learning nuggets, web-based trainings) using suitable authoring tools, e.g., tts producer or tts performance suite.
Independent execution of training measures in adult education, including preparation and follow-up, as well as quality assurance.
Independent execution of workshops and online training sessions.
Conducting training to impart and practically apply Data Governance and Data Management specifications, ideally in a public administration environment.
Certification:
Proof of relevant Data Management certification, e.g., CDMP, TDWI Data Management Professional, Enterprise Data Professional, or CDO, alternatively a qualification with comparable content.
Languages:
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum level C1 GER), as well as English skills for understanding technical terms and documentation (minimum B1 GER).
Security Clearance: Willingness to undergo a required security clearance is mandatory.
