Seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a full-time, remote contract role until February 2028, starting immediately or early December. The project involves developing and implementing machine learning models for product recommendations.

Hello,
I am currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist for my client:
Responsibilities
- Development, optimization, and implementation of machine learning models for product recommendations
- Responsibility for the entire machine learning lifecycle:
- Data analysis/feature engineering
- Model development/evaluation
- Deployment/monitoring and continuous optimization
- Analysis of large amounts of user, interaction, and product data
- Improvement of recommendation quality, user interaction, and system performance
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Proven experience in the development, evaluation, and production operation of ML models
- Very good knowledge of Python & SQL
- Experience with software libraries such as Pandas, NumPy
- Working with large datasets
- Experience with user behavior analysis and data models
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker
- Experience in agile projects and international (English-speaking) teams
