Advise the municipality of Alkmaar on educational housing issues within the Real Estate, Land, and Heritage Unit.
Project overview
As an advisor, you will support the municipality of Alkmaar with issues concerning educational housing within the Real Estate, Land, and Heritage Unit.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising on housing issues in primary, secondary, and special education
- Drafting, updating, and executing the Integral Housing Plan
- Initiating and coordinating new construction, renovation, and expansion projects for school buildings
- Translating national and municipal policy into concrete implementation
- Advising the executive board, management, and municipal council on educational housing
- Drafting administrative documents such as proposals, memos, and project plans
- Guiding decision-making and subsidy processes
- Monitoring planning, budget, risks, and quality within projects
- Collaborating with colleagues in the fields of real estate, finance, education, sustainability, and spatial planning
- HBO work and thinking level
- Knowledge of issues in the field of real estate, housing, or project management
- Interest in education and social facilities
- Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding educational housing as a plus
- Experience within a municipal or public organization as a plus
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Organizational sensitivity and administrative insight
