• Leading the analysis phase for complex, strategic projects and determining the functional roadmap.
• Documenting detailed, robust functional specifications, data mapping, and integration requirements.
• Acting as the central point of contact for business stakeholders and Development/Architecture teams to reach consensus.
• Providing mentorship and coaching to medior and junior analysts in the team.
• Responsible for the validation of the solution based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Actively sharing knowledge during lunch & learns and providing collegial feedback through peer reviews or document reviews.
• Proactively advising clients on process optimization and identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead and steer the analysis for large-scale and complex projects.
• In-depth expertise in multiple requirement gathering and analysis techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, prototyping, process modeling).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate political and organizational complexity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
• The ability to work autonomously while simultaneously taking a leading role within the team.
• Strong focus on quality and employing a structured approach.
• An academic background (Master's degree) in Business, Computer Science, or a related field of study, or an equivalent level achieved through relevant work experience(s).
• Typically 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in a consultancy or project-based environment.
