- Advising department heads and team leaders on complex personnel issues
- Translating organizational policy into concrete action plans and HR instruments
- Contributing to the preparation of a new ERP system from the perspective of organizational structure and culture
- Contributing to the further development of colleagues towards the role of HR Business Partner
- Conducting a baseline measurement and preparing a final report with advice
- HBO bachelor's work and thinking level
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as an HR Advisor in the last 10 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role within a government organization
- Demonstrable experience with the AFAS system
- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- Seniority and contribution to the professionalization of the HR function
