Mission Context
As part of an IT transformation program within a large banking group, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the migration of Jira, Confluence, and Xray tools to Planisware, XWiki, and Squash TM.
Main Missions
- Lead the end-to-end migration: scoping, planning, budget, risks, and governance.
- Define target processes, workflows, and historical data recovery strategies.
- Coordinate technical teams on data extraction, transformation, and integration.
- Supervise acceptance testing, ensure data integrity, and service continuity.
- Support deployment, change management, and user training.
