Senior Odoo Finance Consultant / Solution Architect

Project overview

For an internationally active industrial client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Finance Consultant / Solution Architect to support the further development of a global Odoo landscape in the finance sector.

The focus is on optimizing financial processes, implementing regulatory requirements, and establishing a professional development and repository structure for future Odoo extensions.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and optimization of finance and accounting processes within Odoo
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Consulting for the Finance, Controlling, and Accounting departments
• Introduction and further development of Git-based repository structures (GitLab/GitHub)
• Definition of release, deployment, and governance processes
• Support in the implementation of new Odoo modules
• Collaboration with international stakeholders and development teams
• Coordination of interfaces with ERP, BI, and financial systems

Requirements

• Several years of experience with Odoo ERP
• Profound knowledge in the area of Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
• Experience with Git, GitLab, or GitHub
• Experience in managing ERP transformation projects
• Fluent English
