Project overview
+ Professional quality assurance of processes, functional concepts, and documentation + Methodological support for deployed experts + Consulting on complex process and organizational issues + Consulting on the development of target states and solution approaches Requirements: + 5 years of demonstrable experience in the professional quality assurance of work results as well as methodological support and guidance of subject matter experts.
+ at least 5 years of demonstrable participation in at least two projects within the last five years for the creation, further development, or implementation of processes and organizational structures in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or KRITIS-related infrastructure environment + at least 5 years of professional experience in process management, process development, or process implementation in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or KRITIS-related infrastructure environment.
+ 5 years of demonstrable experience in the professional implementation and deployment of processes in ServiceNow, including the development of functional requirements and support during tool mapping.
