Senior Manager Credit Cards Product & Portfolio

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our credit card product strategy and portfolio management. In this role, you will support senior management in developing and implementing a comprehensive card strategy and significantly contribute to portfolio growth, increased customer spending, and improved profitability.

As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle, including product development, pricing, features, and customer benefits. You will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative solutions. A special focus is on developing premium card products for affluent customer groups.

Your responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators such as card activation, spending per active card, customer usage, and portfolio profitability. You will develop targeted initiatives to increase card usage and customer loyalty. Furthermore, you will design rewards and loyalty programs that foster customer engagement and create tailored value propositions for premium segments.

Another focus is on digitizing customer journeys and optimizing the customer experience across all touchpoints. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technology teams and drive change initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in credit card products, portfolio management, digital banking, and program implementation. They combine strategic thinking with practical implementation skills and possess strong analytical and commercial abilities.
