• Analysis and evaluation of existing supplier structures and identification of new procurement sources
• Conducting supplier evaluations and supplier presentations
• Independent management of supplier communication and strategic development of supplier relationships

• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally 6-8 years
• Sound experience in the strategic procurement of mechanical components, metal structures, cast and forged parts
• Experience with commodity group strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations
• Technical understanding of components such as skids, pumps, and other mechanical assemblies
• Confident demeanor in communication with suppliers and strong negotiation skills
• Good English skills for international supplier communication
• Convincing communication skills
