As part of strengthening a department dedicated to major IT projects for our client (banking sector), we are looking for a Senior Project Director capable of managing complex, strategic, and large-scale IT projects.

The mission requires proven experience in directing projects involving significant resources, with overall responsibility for management, governance, teams, deadlines, and project commitments.

Management of major IT projects

• Ensure the overall direction and management of major IT projects;
• Manage the different project phases and guarantee adherence to commitments;
• Coordinate teams and various stakeholders;
• Manage resources, workloads, budgets, deadlines, and risks;
• Implement and ensure project governance;
• Monitor management indicators and ensure reporting to decision-makers;
• Identify and anticipate risks, dependencies, and blocking points;
• Arbitrate and coordinate necessary actions for the successful execution of the project;
• Guarantee visibility on the project's progress and overall trajectory.
• Confirmed experience in directing complex and strategic IT projects;
• Significant experience in managing major IT projects;
• Must have managed at least one project representing a minimum of 2,000 man-days over a period of approximately 18 months;
• Must have held real and overall Project Director responsibility on this type of project;
• Be able to precisely detail the managed projects: man-day volume, duration, budget, team size, and scope of responsibility;
• Solid skills in governance, coordination, resource management, risks, deadlines, and reporting;
• Excellent ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders and coordinate multiple parties.
