Job description
Lead end-to-end projects for test data masking, focusing on building CID-free development environments and ensuring compliance. Requires strong IT project management experience, particularly in data anonymization within the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management: Manage projects from initialization to the commissioning of the first development environment (including budget, deadlines, quality, risks, and team coordination).
- Solution approach & specification: Develop optimal solution approaches based on stakeholder requirements and the target state of the test environment, as well as create detailed functional and IT specifications.
- Management decisions & RFP: Prepare business cases, risk analyses, and feasibility studies, as well as manage the RFP process from evaluation to solution selection.
- PoC & Contracting: Fully conceptualize and evaluate technical Proofs of Concepts (PoC) and prepare contracts with suppliers for implementation and operation.
- Build CID-free environments: Build a CID-free (Client Identifying Data) development environment and ensure secure, compliance-compliant access for on-, near-, and offshore developers.
- Compliance & verification processes: Develop a governance-compliant verification process that continuously checks test environments for the absolute absence of CID.
- Interface & stakeholder management: Collaborate closely and across departments with IT, Architecture, Legal/Compliance, Data Protection, Information Security, and Third Party Risk.
- Documentation & Change Management: Document guidelines, processes, and operating concepts, and plan change management through communication, training, and operational handover.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (University, FH) or another equivalent qualification
- IT Project Management: At least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex IT and integration projects, as well as sound knowledge of various TDM solutions.
- Test Data Management & Finnova: Substantial practical experience in building test data management, data anonymization (Data Masking), or synthetic data generation in the banking environment, ideally with Finnova experience.
- Compliance & Regulatory: Proven experience in collaborating with GRC, data protection, and security departments, as well as good knowledge of FINMA regulations and Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
- Technical Foundation: Deep technical understanding of databases, interfaces, IT infrastructures, as well as environment and CI/CD management.
- Proactive, "hands-on" mentality (shaping rather than managing)
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills with internal and external partners
- Native-level German and good English skills complete your profile
