Description of the department:

The Energy System & Environment department focuses, among other things, on optimizing the spatial planning chain at operational, tactical, and strategic levels with the goal of accelerating Enexis's construction projects and is responsible for developing the energy system of the future together with stakeholders.

We are committed to providing direction and guidance to the process of developing, for example, Provincial Energy Visions, Heat Programs, and plans in the context of the heat transition, sustainable generation, mobility, sustainable molecules, and flexibility, together with regional governments and affiliated partners. For this role, it specifically concerns the action perspective for new construction. All with the same goal: CO2 reduction and facilitating the energy transition. For Enexis Netbeheer, it is very important to participate and steer in these processes from the outset.

The outcome provides direction for the necessary work of Enexis Netbeheer. Energy System & Environment is part of Transition, which also includes departments such as Asset Management and Innovation & Development.

Description:

We are looking for a strategic/senior project manager/consultant to support a central point of contact where Energy Transition Advisors can go for questions from municipalities regarding perspectives for new construction. The project consists of two parts: firstly, ensuring that a central point of contact is established, and secondly, developing the necessary tooling in collaboration with Energy Transition Experts and Experts from Asset Management.

• WO work and thinking level, obtained through a completed education in, for example, (Technical) Business Administration or Public Administration or Energy Science.
• Experience with developing concepts and translating them into concrete objectives and activities. A self-starting ability is very important.
• You easily make connections with other departments, disciplines, and/or processes. You take the initiative and leadership in this, while also coordinating well with relevant internal departments and the sector.
• You are stress-resistant and flexible, able to switch gears quickly and thus respond promptly to the (rapidly) changing demands from the environment. You know how to gather the right information and proactively contact others to gain expertise and coordinate. You deliver quality and take ownership of your results.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience
