Senior Requirements Engineer / Solution Analyst

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Requirements Engineer / Solution Analyst for a dynamic Scrum team working on the further development of a comprehensive software platform with complex business processes. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis and focuses on actively creating functional solutions – transforming complex processes into clear, actionable requirements, business rules, workflows, and specifications that enable development teams to deliver effectively.

Your responsibilities include translating complex business challenges into detailed functional requirements, elaborating on processes, business rules, and functional dependencies, and transforming high-level features into concrete specifications. You will work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. You will utilize Specification by Example, BDD (Behavior Driven Development), and ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development).

We expect senior-level experience as a Requirements Engineer, Functional Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements engineering and functional process modeling. You should have the ability to distill complex issues into concrete and unambiguous specifications, as well as sound knowledge of business processes, business rules, and data modeling. Experience in agile/Scrum environments is required.
