Seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect for a strategic project, focusing on design, development, and pre-sales activities. The role requires extensive Salesforce ecosystem experience and mandatory MuleSoft expertise.
Project overview
Context
As part of the launch of a strategic project, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to support the scoping, design, and startup phases of the program. The architect will also contribute to pre-sales activities, participating in tender responses, solution definition, and client presentations.
Missions
Define the overall architecture of the Salesforce platform.
Lead scoping workshops and gather business requirements.
Design functional and technical solutions across the entire Salesforce ecosystem.
Define the integration strategy and ensure consistency of exchanges with third-party systems.
Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of the target architecture.
Support project teams in the design and development phases.
Act as the Salesforce referent for the client, partners, and project teams.
Participate in pre-sales activities and tender responses.
Required Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven expertise in:
Salesforce Platform
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Marketing Cloud
Mandatory MuleSoft expertise.
Solid mastery of integration architectures, APIs, and data flows.
Significant experience with complex, multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
Fluent English required.
Profile Sought
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Very good interpersonal skills and consulting mindset.
High autonomy and ability to be proactive.
Leadership and ability to rally teams around architectural choices.
Ability to operate in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
Desired Certifications
Salesforce Certified Data/Integration Architect.
Any additional Salesforce Architect certification is a plus.
Assets
Experience in the non-profit / association / foundation sector.
Knowledge or experience of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
Experience in scoping and launching Salesforce projects. Experience in pre-sales activities and tender responses.
