Responsibilities

• Steering the Salesforce platform's further development from requirements to go-live
• Managing and prioritizing the backlog together with business and service owners
• Responsibility for resource, quarterly, and release planning
• Reviewing solution designs, integrations, data models, security, and permissions
• Ensuring architecture governance and the native-first approach
• Functional steering of external service providers in a multi-provider environment
• Planning and coordinating releases, deployments, migrations, and go-lives
• Steering acceptances, cutover, hypercare, and operational handover
• Management of risks, escalations, and root cause analyses
• Maintaining and developing roadmaps, RACI, and relevant process documentation

Requirements

My advantages:

• Education/degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Solid experience in managing complex Salesforce projects and platforms
• Profound knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce DX, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD
• Experience in backlog, requirements, release, and deployment management
• Good knowledge of solution design, data models, interfaces, security, and permissions
• Experience in steering external service providers in a multi-provider setup
• Strong stakeholder, communication, and coordination skills
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant
• German language skills at C1 level, English language skills at B2 level, and willingness for regular presence in Aargau
• Attractive, long-term planned activity in a demanding and modern Salesforce environment
• Significant scope for design and close collaboration with business, IT, and external partners
