Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant Finance Transformation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant to support a multi-year transformation program. The position is based in Berlin with remote options available.

Your tasks include strategic consulting on aligning organizational, digitalization, and financial strategies, as well as developing decision bases for program management. You will conceptualize and establish frameworks for finance and process-related transformation projects and derive steering and prioritization criteria.

Another focus is on the conception and development of effective monitoring and KPI systems for tracking process harmonization, migration, data quality, and test progress. You will analyze and optimize business processes, identify harmonization potentials, and develop target process variants.

Your responsibilities include supporting project integration within the program structure, implementation support, and quality assurance of concepts and migration artifacts. You will moderate complex coordination processes, conduct workshops, and support the organization with change management.

Furthermore, you will prepare expert opinions, support implementation by business departments and IT, and assist the line organization in introducing new roles and standardized procedures.

This position is part of a tender in cooperation with an established management consultancy. An assignment will follow after successful award.
