Job Title: Senior Scala Developer | £350pd Inside IR35 | SC Clearance
Client: Public Sector Organisation
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Scala Developer to join a major public sector programme supporting the delivery and enhancement of critical live services. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of scalable applications while helping to deliver high-quality digital services. Candidates with previous public sector experience, particularly within revenue, taxation or large-scale government environments, will be highly regarded.

- Strong commercial experience developing applications using Scala.
- Experience working within Agile software delivery environments.
- Ability to develop, maintain and support high-quality production systems.
- Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.
- Previous experience within large public sector or government programmes.
- Experience supporting live service environments.
- Previous experience working with revenue, taxation or related government services.
- Develop and enhance Scala-based applications supporting critical public services.
- Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of live services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
