Senior Scrum Master / Operational Agile Coach

Project overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Operational Agile Coach (M/F) for a freelance mission.

The mission is part of a high-visibility strategic program within an organization of approximately 250 people. The objective is to support Scrum squads in a scaled Agile environment to improve their operational functioning and delivery performance.

Over 8 years of experience, with proven expertise as a Senior Scrum Master.

Skills required for the mission

Fluent English is imperative, in an international context.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Support squads daily through operational and close-proximity Agile coaching.
• Structure and optimize the organization of squads, their processes, and their collaboration methods.
• Identify and remove operational obstacles hindering team progress.
• Improve delivery performance and streamline workflows.
• Support the Agile maturity growth of teams through practice and continuous feedback.
• Intervene in an organization involving quarterly Program Increment Planning (PIP).
• Proven experience in the operational support of multiple scaled Scrum teams.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in complex, large-scale organizations.
• Experience combining the roles of Scrum Master and Operational Agile Coach.
• Experience in an international context, involving teams and stakeholders spread across multiple countries and a central organization.
• Scaled Agile Framework such as SAFe / SAFe-like.
• Program Increment Planning (PIP).
• Individual and collective Agile Coaching.
• Continuous improvement of Agile practices.
• SaaS environments: Salesforce, Zuora (environments within the scope).
• Local / Global organizational models (country teams and central Product team).
