Senior UX/App Designer (Remote)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/App Designer for the conception and design of a mobile application platform in the HR technology sector. This end-to-end design role is ideal for an independently working designer who progresses quickly and uses modern tools to create high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the entire app design process, from initial concept development and user journey analysis to high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and handover to the development team. You will design intuitive, appealing, and user-friendly experiences tailored to the market, considering scalability and future market expansion. You will work independently, make design decisions, and collaborate closely with product and development teams to meet tight deadlines. You will use AI tools and modern design workflows to accelerate the ideation process without compromising high design standards.

Requirements

You bring extensive experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or App Designer and can present a portfolio of completed end-to-end mobile app projects. You have fluent language skills and a deep understanding of user experience design in this market. You master UX/UI principles, mobile-first design, and interaction design, as well as professional tools like Figma. You work highly independently, are results-oriented, and have practical experience with AI tools to optimize design workflows and productivity.
