UX/UI Designer Senior – Expert UI / Figma

Project overview

Mission Context:

As part of the development and improvement of its digital services, our client is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer, with strong expertise in UI Design, to strengthen its User Experience team.

You will work transversally on digital products for individuals and businesses, contributing to the design, evolution, and consistency of web interfaces.

Significant experience in UI Design is essential. UX sensitivity, particularly in user research, will be appreciated.

Your missions:

Depending on your profile, you may also contribute to conducting qualitative and/or quantitative user research, as well as presenting the results.

Profile sought

You have at least 6 years of experience in UI Design and possess a solid understanding of web interface design.

You are proficient in:

Expected qualities:

• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes on Figma, taking into account technical constraints and the existing Design System.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Design System to ensure visual consistency and maintainability of interfaces.
• Structure and evolve UI components, assets, and processes with a systemic design approach.
• Design ergonomic, readable, consistent, and adaptive web interfaces, suitable for different screen formats.
• Apply UI best practices for visual hierarchy, accessibility, readability, and interaction consistency.
• Participate in upstream design discussions, formulate reasoned proposals, and constructively challenge solutions.
• Produce clear UI documentation and deliverables, directly usable by project and technical teams.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Figma: essential proficiency.
• UI Design: design of mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design Systems: use, structuring, evolution, and maintenance.
• Modular design: Atomic Design, components, and patterns.
• Digital accessibility principles.
• Technical constraints related to web interface development.
• Agile methodologies.
