We are looking for a Service Technician for our client in Halberstadt to ensure the reliable operation of passive network, LAN, and WLAN environments. The role involves on-site customer support and troubleshooting.

For our client, an established company based in Halberstadt, we are currently filling a position as a Service Technician in the field of passive networking as well as LAN and WLAN. You ensure that networks run reliably and enjoy working on-site with the end customer? You have experience in passive cabling and work service-oriented and independently? Responsibilities
- Processing and resolving fault reports in the passive network as well as in the LAN and WLAN environment
- Performing analysis and troubleshooting measures as remote hands in coordination with our specialists
- Opening, processing, and tracking tickets in the internal system
- Communication with users and coordination with internal IT departments
- Documentation of services rendered and handover to downstream support units
- Escalation to specialist departments or external service providers, if necessary
Requirements
- Experience in the passive network sector, especially with CAT6 cabling
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Independent and reliable way of working on-site with the end customer
- Forklift license an advantage Language skills:
- German: B2
- English: advanced knowledge
