An established IT & Software Development company is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a challenging IT project. The role involves analysis, development, testing, and support within the ServiceNow platform in a modern, agile environment.

Responsibilities
What you bring:
- Analysis and evaluation of existing system landscapes and interfaces, including legacy systems
- Development and integration of components within the ServiceNow platform
- Execution of module, function, and integration tests, preferably automated (e.g., with ATF)
- Ensuring technical quality through logging, monitoring, and error analysis
- Creation and continuous maintenance of technical documentation, including operating manual
- Compliance with and documentation of technical standards according to defined Technical Governance
- Proactive communication with the Product Owner regarding risks, problems, and optimization potential
- Support in maintenance, incident, and problem management as well as in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Completed IT or technically oriented education (HTL, FH, University) or comparable qualification or at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT environment
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as a ServiceNow Software Developer within the last 5 years
- Sound knowledge in development and configuration within the ServiceNow platform
- Ideally, relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, or CWA)
- Very good practical experience with current software quality assurance processes and corresponding tools
- Very good experience with cross-functional tools and infrastructure
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe and at least 1 year of experience as a Developer in agile teams
- Confident use of Jira, Confluence, Git, MS Office, and Miro
- High commitment, flexibility, and a strong hands-on mentality
- A high degree of initiative and personal responsibility
- Fluent German skills (at least C1) and very good English skills (at least B2)
