We are looking for a ServiceNow Expert/Developer (m/f/d) for a client for the following project:

Responsibilities

• Further development and customizing of ServiceNow GRC / BCM
• Implementation and support of the Digital Resilience Tool / Reboarding module
• Development and configuration of Smart Assessments
• Implementation of automation and optimization possibilities
• Working with Workspaces, Workflows, and Flow Designer
• Development and adaptation of Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
• Support with integrations, testing, and documentation

• Sound experience in ServiceNow development
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC / BCM
• Experience with the Digital Resilience Tool and Reboarding, ideally with both modules
• Experience with Smart Assessments and automation
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with Workflows, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Workspace
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP, CMDB, and role/permission concepts
• Industry knowledge in the banking or financial sector is an advantage
• Common ServiceNow certifications, especially in the GRC/BCM area, are an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as good communication skills
• Good English skills
• A current CV

• 1-2 comparable projects that demonstrate your relevant experience for this project
