ServiceNow Platform Architect – Greenfield Implementation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead a comprehensive greenfield implementation at a leading telecommunications organization in the maritime connectivity sector. This remote position offers the opportunity to design a ServiceNow platform from the ground up and establish a scalable architecture that supports service management, automation, and complex business processes.

In this role, you will lead the technical architecture and design of the implementation. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing CMDB and CSDM frameworks, developing and optimizing service management processes, and promoting automation to improve operational efficiency. You will also support the integration of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionalities and define platform architecture standards as well as governance and integration strategies.

Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect with a proven track record in greenfield implementations is required. Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and Service Management, knowledge of workflow automation and enterprise integrations, and an understanding of CPQ processes are necessary. Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills are essential.

Experience in the telecommunications or maritime connectivity industry is highly desirable. ServiceNow certifications (CTA or CMA) and knowledge of ITSM and ITOM are advantageous. The engagement runs for 12 months as a freelance position with a remote work location.
