We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect for a global telecommunications company in Norway. The company is implementing ServiceNow from scratch and needs a highly qualified expert to design and implement this strategic platform transformation.
The position is fully remote and is initially offered as a 12-month contract, with the prospect of transitioning to permanent employment.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and consulting
- CTA or CMA certification required
- In-depth expertise in CSDM, CMDB, and Configuration Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end platform architecture
- Strong practical experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (GenAI, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AIOps)
- Ability to customize, implement, and configure solutions
- Technical leadership and design experience
- Ability to design scalable solutions in complex telecommunications environments
- Experience with CPQ and Order Management
- Long-term ownership mentality for platform transformations
