ServiceNow Platform Developer (m/f/d) (ServiceNow Scripting) GRC/(Banking) 100% / ZH

Project: For a demanding banking project, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer for the further development and operation of existing applications in the area of Operational Risk Management (OpRisk).

Responsibilities

• Further development of existing ServiceNow applications in the OpRisk environment
• Analysis of business requirements and their translation into technical solutions
• Creation of technical concepts and designs
• Development, implementation, and customization on the ServiceNow platform
• Execution of tests, error analyses, and deployments
• Ensuring stable operation of existing applications
• Collaboration with internal developers, nearshore teams, and subject matter specialists
• Support in optimizing existing processes and solutions

• Several years of experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer with sound knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, development, and support of productive applications
• Very good technical knowledge in ServiceNow as well as experience with software development, testing, deployment, and operation
• Good knowledge of Linux environments as well as PL/SQL and database technologies
• Experience in agile development teams and strong analytical skills
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working as well as high team and communication skills
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as GRC, IRM, BCM, or TPRM
• Experience in the banking, financial, or regulated environment
• Understanding of risk, compliance, and governance processes
• Interest in topics related to Operational Risk Management and regulatory requirements
• Technical, analytical, or scientific university degree
• German: C2
• English: C2
