Siemens S7 TIA

Project overview

For a demanding automation project, an experienced freelance PLC programmer with a focus on Siemens S7 and TIA Portal is sought. You will create and optimize PLC software using Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.

Experience with curve-controlled machines is mandatory.

You will develop and adapt HMI interfaces and create technical project documentation.

You will create flowcharts and process diagrams using MS Visio.

You will commission the software directly at the machine, support assembly and functional testing, and analyze occurring errors.

You will independently optimize the systems during commissioning and coordinate technical solutions on a project-related basis.

Requirements

For this freelance task, you bring sound practical experience in PLC programming and commissioning of special machines. It is crucial that you are proficient in Siemens S7 and TIA Portal and can analyze, adapt, and improve software under real conditions on running machines.

You have a strong understanding of HMI systems, Siemens servo drive technology, and complex sequence and motion controls.

Experience with curve-controlled machines is an absolute core criterion, as this competence is indispensable for the successful completion of the project.

You have very good knowledge of Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.

You have practical experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and the commissioning of special machines.

You are proficient in Siemens servo drive technology and have mandatory experience with curve-controlled machines.

You can confidently create technical documentation and flow diagrams using MS Visio..
