Project overview
We are currently supporting a client who is looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to oversee the ELV package on a major construction project in Frankfurt.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of the BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control works, acting as the client's representative on site and ensuring subcontractors are delivering safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience as a Site Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, MEP Supervisor, Site Coordinator, Commissioning Supervisor, Lead Technician, or similar, with exposure to ELV systems.
This is a boots on the ground role, so the client is looking for someone who enjoys being on site 5 days per week and taking ownership of the package through to completion.

- Daily supervision of BMS, Fire & Security subcontractors
- Monitoring installation progress and programme milestones
- Coordinating site activities and resolving technical issues
- Conducting quality inspections and snagging reviews
- Attending site meetings and reporting on package progress
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with project and HSE requirements
