Job description
We are looking for a Software Tester with experience in ServiceNow SPM to create, execute, and document test cases. The role involves ensuring functional requirements are met and supporting business users and UAT testers.

- Creation, execution, and documentation of test cases for ServiceNow SPM in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP).
- Verification that functional requirements and acceptance criteria are met before handover to stakeholders.
- Contribution of the QA and testing perspective to the team, as well as checking requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for completeness and testability.
- Independent execution of functional, regression, and end-to-end tests.
- Support of business users and UAT testers in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of tests.
- Central point of contact for feedback from the business unit and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including initial assessment and classification of defects and requirement gaps.
- Documentation of defects and coordination with the development team for further processing.
- Several years of experience in software testing, especially in test design, test case creation, and defect management.
- Knowledge of common testing methods, especially exploratory, risk-based, and regression testing.
- Experience in agile project environments, especially Scrum and ideally SAFe.
- Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with ServiceNow SPM and the associated business processes.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Communication and moderation skills, as well as an independent, structured, and quality-oriented way of working.
- User-oriented thinking and a proactive, team-oriented way of working.
- Experience as a tester and/or business analyst in ServiceNow projects, especially with ServiceNow SPM.
- Sound knowledge in at least two of the areas Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Financial Planning, Resource Management, or Enterprise Agile Planning.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF and Test Management 2.0.
- Experience in complex corporate environments.
- ISTQB certification.
